まだmoderate risk
来週ベルファスト出張です。飛行機を研究室の秘書さんが大学経由で予約してくれました。
それに伴い、渡航先リスク分析サイト（そんなものがあるんですね）のリンクが送られてきました。ベルファストは北アイルランドにありますので渡航先は当然英国。
英国の現在のリスク分析結果は...'moderate risk'。中等度リスク有りでした。
特に北アイルランドはカトリックとプロテスタントの対立が今でも根深く、両者居住者区域を区切る壁（？！）も現存しているらしいです。それに加えてテロ組織も確認されていると（汗）
また'Crime is most serious in inner cities, especially parts of London, Liverpool, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, and Newcastle;'とあり、EU内平均よりも上記都市の犯罪率も高いようです。車上荒らしで済んでむしろ良かったのかも。
さらに渡英後複数回台風のような嵐を経験しましたが、イングランド北部では洪水による避難も注意喚起されていました。
